The explanation of the interface of control of CMS Zenukers with the tools for the setting and the management of the site.
The Zenukers 1.0 control panel allows a deep management of all the elements of the site. Before explaining in detail the tools, it’s necessary to premise some general aspects.
The pages of management of the panel are visible only for the activated tools. If the pages of management of a certain tool are not displayed in the panel, please check that the tool is activated in the 'General configuration ' section of the SETTINGS area, by clicking on the popup Tools activation. The activation of the Plugins, instead, is managed by the Plugin popup of the same section.
In the multilingual sites, the management of the elements is specific for each language. To manage the elements of a language that is activated on the site, it’s necessary to set in advance the language you wish through the select displayed in the center of the header of the panel.
CMS allows to make some modifications of the contents straight through the user side, without entering in the panel. If a user with Administrator or Manager role is connected to the site, a small label with the sentence Admin tools will be visible in all the ASP pages.
If you’re not logged on the site, or logged as users with a different role, the label won’t appear, neither the related tools. Clicking on the label a small panel will be displayed; in it there’s a checkbox and a select. Through the select you can choose the kind of intervention you wish to make; through the checkbox you activate or deactivate the tool. In addition to the available tools, there’s a link to open the Control panel in another sheet.
It activates, in the pages of elements and categories (for example news.asp or news.asp?cat=xx) some links to change the category or the element displayed. It opens, in another sheet, the page to change the Control panel.
When you activate the tool, all the Terms of the site will change into links which open popups, through which it’s possible to change the selected term. To display the change in the page it will be necessary to refresh the page.
The functioning is similar to the previous tool, but it only highlights eventual Site terms which have not been inserted yet. When a term is not inserted, the id code of the term is displayed (LANG_etc). Naturally, the functioning of the tools is related to the language selected. To change the terms in another version it’s necessary to change them through the change version links.
The LANGNONEs are Site terms which have been set in such a way so that, if they’re not inserted or wiped out, they don’t appear at all in the page, neither as id code of the term. In addition, if they’re inside specific tags (headings, p, etc..), nor the empty tag is displayed. A term is wiped out translating it with "none", regardless of the used language. The functioning of the tool is similar to the previous ones, but it only selects the LANGNONEs. Furthermore, in the popup is given the chance not only to modify the term, but to wipe it out too, fully deleting the visualization of the term and of the code of the pages of the site. The LANGNONEs allow, in case of wiping out of a term, to make it at the same time in all the versions.
