This page offers the Administrator a framework of the actions happened in the site since the last login. The page is divided in three sections..

Tools

The Log of the actions button opens a page that allows to visualize all the actions made on the site, no matter if evaluated or not, just by setting a specific range of time. By default, the changes made during the last week are displayed.

Value all allows you to set all items which have changed since your last visit as Valued. More information about suspended and evaluated elements are in the next section.

There are modified elements in the following areas

The system detects which elements have been modified since the last login to the control panel, and it suggests some buttons according to the kind of elements on which it has detected a change.  By clicking on the button, you’ll be redirect to a specific page with the list of the elements of the selected kind which have been actually changed. Entering in that area, you can see/modify/delete the single elements and set their status. If you assign to an element the status of Suspended, this element will stay displayed regardless of the data of log-in, because it will stay in evidence until it will be shifted on Evaluated status. Setting an element as Evaluated, this won’t be shown in this area. Naturally it will be reachable and changeable through the sections of the CONTENTS area.

These elements must be regenerated

When the system analyzes the data of creation of the elements and of some tools, it displays some memorandum buttons for those tools (tags pages, sitemap, rss) which could need to be updated. This is mostly needed when some elements are changed after their last generation.

Buttons of this area, on the contrary to the previous ones, don’t lead to other pages; they open popups that immediately activate the action required. In some cases, like for example Sitemap, after the generation, always inside popups, some links are suggested to generate the HTML version of the sitemap, or to send it to the main search engines.

In all the popups, anyway, at the end of the generation some links will be displayed, to see the pages which have been generated. The latter are opened in another sheet.
