Search engines prefer html pages. Anyway, itīs impossible to manage a site which can be updated by modifying manually the pages.
Zenukers allows to manage the contents of the site as in a normal dynamic site, inserting texts, images and more, just by using easy forms and an editor Word-like. The contents, anyway, will be shown to the users as static HTML pages, with a XHTML 1.1 validated code, automatically generated by the system.
The management of the elements in the page is absolutely intuitive. One area of the panel is dedicated to the composition of the page, leading the administrator in the contents insertion. The 'real' body, at least for what concerns the pages mainly with texts, can be inserted through the graphic editor Open Source CKEditor (http://ckeditor.com). An editor WYSWIG which generates valid XHTML code and allows to create pages with a rich graphic even without any HTML competence. Practically, each single element (news, article, image...) is seen by users in a static HTML page, while the link pages (cathegories, service pages...) are made as Active Server Pages.
In addition to the 'main body' it´s possible to insert in the HTML pages several tools to personalize the relationship with the users. Social bookmarking, 'send to a friend', 'print as pdf', leave a comment and much more. All these tools can be placed and set through Control Panel, in the section HTML Content of the GRAPHIC area.
Heavy changings would not appear in the HTML pages; considering this, the CMS has systems for the regeneration of static files (html, xml, rss, ecc...) streight from Control panel in the section HTML/RSS Generation of the TOOLS area. There are also reminding tools which suggest the site adiministrator the eventual need of regenerating the site pages.
The keywords system management Zenukers is based on produces special HTML pages, named Tags pages, which display the list of the elements that contain a particular keyword. A tag page will be generated for each keyword inserted among the site contents. These pages can be reached through links displayed in the content pages, through the Clouds pages and, if activated, also through boxes which can be displayed in some sections of the cathegories pages.
