The creators of Zenukers, but we also wish to thank the authors of all scripts used in our Open Source CMS.

Who created Zenukers

Associazione Zenukers - for a correct, accessible and semantic webZenukers 1.0 is developed by Associazione Zenukers, a no-profit organization that wants to improve the meaning of Web accessibility and to promote a semantic web.

It's released with a GNU General Public License, version 2

The founders of Associazione Zenukers are:

President: Franco Mennella, journalist and media agent. He's focusing his communication ability on the World Wide Web industry, working on positioning strategies and search engine optimization based on content. He worked on the CMS project analysis and he's editing its content and SEO strategies.

Co-President:Vittorio Maria Vecchi, graphic designer and web designer. After a long experience on projecting a semantic web. He's working on the graphic interface of Zenukers and the information architecture of the websites, the Panel and the base structure

Secretary: Nicola Campaniolo, programmer, he has developed the ASP code of Zenukers and he has worked on adaption for the integrated system.

AspNukers CMSZenukers inherits the base structure of AspNukers CMS, an Aspnuke improvement, open source. The Aspnukers code represent the initial status of the CMS, and more than the 80% of the script were fully rewritten.

Css Zen GardenA clue to the project design was also given by CssZenGarden. A site where CSS experts elaborate graphics the same HTML file implementing alternative solutions. Zenukers try to carry this method in the CMS world.

Open Icon LibraryMost of the icons, especially those of the control panel, were made by vittoriomariavecchi.com. In particular user side pages, however, have been used a few icons of the Open Icon Library, released under Creative Commons - Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License.

Zenukers CMS uses a series of scripts (especially Ajax), created by others. Surfing the summary of this page you can find a complete list with references to programming staff. We truly wish to thank all of them. We also list a brief indication of the use of various scripts.

Admin scripts

Control panel scripts

Note: block management panel (positioning, drag & drop, etc.) has been inherited with few structural changes since version 1.1 of AspNukers. In Zenukers the most notable change is about having the management of the blocks divided in different sections of the page (header, display, columns, footer). The scripts used, and listed below, use the note Scriptaculous library.
